Legal Director

Legal Director – Commercial – 10+pqe – London Our client is a world leading digital data collection business. They are looking for a Senior Legal Director to support the EMEA and APAC businesses. We are keen to speak with in house commercial lawyers with over 10 years’ experience in complex contract negotiating and drafting, employment law, procurement and all around operational risk.You will provide legal advice to internal clients, draft and negotiate commercial agreements, and provide employment advice to EMEA and APAC HR personnel as well as the internal stakeholders. You will also have a comprehensive understanding of data privacy and security regulations around the globe, including GDPR and US privacy laws. This role is reporting into the global General Counsel based in the US who will support you as and when needed and there is an opportunity to grow the UK legal function later down the line.
