In line with these commitments, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Legal Executive Assistant (LEA) to enhance our team’s operations within our London office. /p p As an LEA, you will provide advanced administrative and operational support to our team. This role demands exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a robust understanding of legal processes. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing complex schedules across multiple time zones, confident handling sensitive communications and maintaining stringent confidentiality. /p p strong Responsibilities /strong /p ul li strong Advanced Diary & Meeting Coordination /strong : Manage extensive diaries, organise critical meetings, and appointments seamlessly across various time zones. /li li strong Communication Management /strong : Efficiently handle incoming calls, emails and post, ensuring responsive communication and taking proactive actions as necessary. /li li strong Travel and Itinerary Planning /strong : Arrange travel and accommodations, meticulously preparing detailed itineraries to support seamless travel plans. /li li strong Document Management /strong : Produce, edit and refine documents, briefing papers, reports, correspondence, and presentations to a high professional standard. /li li strong Financial Administration /strong : Oversee the completion of invoices, including checking and amending narratives, disbursements, and VAT. /li li strong Meeting Preparation /strong : Ensure that all fee earners are thoroughly prepared for meetings with all necessary documentation and briefings. /li li strong Client & Cross-Department Interaction /strong : Act as a liaison between clients, fee earners, and business professionals to facilitate effective communication, relationship management and cross-departmental projects. /li li strong System and Data Management /strong : Maintain and enhance office systems including data management, electronic filing, and archiving to ensure operational efficiency. /li li strong Administration & Team Collaboration /strong : Handle new client/matter forms utilising firm systems; assist additional lawyers on a temporary or permanent basis as you may be assigned; provide broader reception cover when requested; and assist other LEAs when the need arises. /li /ul p strong Qualifications /strong /p ul li Minimum of 4 years’ experience as an LEA within a legal environment. /li li Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, DocXTools and Intapp. /li li Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging effectively at all organisational levels. /li li Superior organisational and time management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. /li li Flexible and dynamic approach to work, with the capacity to adjust to changing schedules and demands. /li li Confident and composed under pressure, maintaining professionalism in high-stress situations. /li li Competent in working within tight deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks without compromising on quality. /li li This role is designed for a driven, detailed orientated professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
