Have you had previous experience working as a Legal Secretary or Solicitor? Do you have the willingness to thrive and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment? If yes, then this might be the role for you!

Our client is looking for a Legal Secretary to join their forward-thinking, friendly team. You will play a vital role working within the Private Client department, supporting with all secretarial and administrative duties.

Responsibilities:

• Providing professional service to all clients
• Responding efficiently to all email and telephone inquiries
• Creating legal documents to adhere to requirements provided by the Fee Earners
• Management of diaries that involves scheduling in appointments, including telephone conferences and ensuring meeting rooms are booked for client visits
• Supporting the administrative functions to assist with any project-based tasks, to support the relationship between the organisation and the client
• Ensuring all files are updated to maintain accurate documentation
• Proficiently carry out audio typing, ensuring the highest level of accuracy at all times

Skills & Responsibilities:

• 1+ year previous experience in a Legal Secretary / Solicitor role
• Exceptional verbal & written communication
• Great attention to detail
• Good IT skill and confident using the Microsoft packages
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
• Able to work to tight deadlines
