Legal Receptionist (Full time or part time hours available) The Role: Our client is a longstanding, reputable law firm based in Belfast City Centre. They have a new vacancy for a Legal Receptionist to join the business. You will be responsible for managing the front desk and providing administrative support in a warm and welcoming office. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist clients and visitors. Answer and direct phone calls. Manage inbox. Schedule appointments and manage Partners calendars. Maintain and organise files and documentation. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications: Experience in reception/customer service/administration.
