We are currently seeking a Legal Receptionist with excellent interpersonal skills to provide a positive first impression of our firm, while effectively managing administrative duties.

Description

• Facilitate all reception duties including handling incoming calls and postal correspondence.
• Provide support to paralegals, the office manager, and other staff, for the smooth operation of the office.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
• Ensure the reception area is well-maintained, presenting a professional image at all times.
• Handle confidential information in a discreet and professional manner.
• Assist with the preparation of legal documents.
• Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary.

Profile

A successful Legal Receptionist should have:

• Prior experience in a similar role within the legal sector.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A professional and friendly with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels.
• A proactive approach to work, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Offer
