Legal Secretary A leading law firm providing a wide range of legal services are currently seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their team based in Belfast. This is a Full-Time, temporary position with the potential to be made permanent. Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8am-4pm or 9am - 5pm Hourly rate: £14.84 Start date: Immediate Job Role: You will be working on a one-to-one basis with a senior solicitor/director within the practice, providing full Legal Secretary support. Essential Criteria: Demonstrable experience of working in a busy legal environment. Experience in litigation, case management systems. Excellent IT skills with the use of Microsoft Word, Typing, Formatting and Editing documents. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Excellent organisational and time management skills while working to strict deadlines. Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Audio typing. Sending/receiving emails on behalf of Solicitor. Filing, photocopying, keeping files up to date. Assisting within the team as and when required. Diary management. Occasionally making and receiving phone calls and liaising with clients, other legal firms etc. Opening, maintaining, and closing files in line with the firm's own processes.
