An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Legal Secretary to join Immigration Department at well-established law firm. This permanent role offers excellent benefits and a competitive salary.

As a Legal Secretary, you will oversee secretarial and administrative tasks, including digital audio typing, drafting applications, and preparing relevant documentation.

You will be responsible for:

  • Opening and closing files accurately.
  • Coordinating interpreter bookings and liaising with third parties.
  • Engaging with clients over the phone and in person, creating detailed file notes.
  • Handling filing, photocopying, and other general office duties.
  • Providing ad-hoc reception cover as required.

What we are looking for:

  • Previously worked as a Legal Secretary, Legal Administrator, Legal Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Ideally have experience within an immigration department.
  • Skilled in digital audio typing and document management.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
