We are currently seeking a Legal Secretary to join a dynamic and professional team within a well-established legal practice. This role is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and highly organised individual to provide essential support to Fee Earners and contribute to the efficient running of the department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high quality secretarial support to Fee Earners, including audio and digital dictation.�
  • Manage and maintain case files with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Handle client queries professionally, both in person and over the phone.
  • Assist with general office administration, including file management, photocopying, and correspondence handling.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Work effectively under minimal supervision while managing workload and deadlines.

  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and prioritise workload.
