Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a�Legionella Risk Assessor to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
We are looking for a�Legionella Risk Assessor�who wants to work in a diverse role�where no two days are the same.
As the�Legionella Risk Assessor,�you will�provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
The�Legionella Risk Assessor,�will be responsible for:
- To undertake legionella risk assessments to a high standard in line with the latest version of the Approved Code of Practice (ACOP) L8 (Fourth edition) and its associated technical guidance documents of HSG274�
- British standard code of practice for Risk assessing, BS8580-1 2019.
- Also, the Health Technical Memorandum 04-01: Safe Water in Healthcare Premises as necessary.
- Carrying out legionella risk assessments predominantly using an electronic app based system but also manually as required.
- Producing schematic diagrams using Microsoft Visio.
To be successful for this Legionella Risk Assessor role you must have:
- Experience in Legionella risk assessing. City and Guilds Legionella Risk Assessment Qualification (or equivalent) would be beneficial.
- Wide Knowledge of the Approved Code of Practice (ACOP) L8 (Fourth edition) and its associated technical guidance documents of HSG274.
- Wide knowledge of the British standard code of practice for risk assessing, BS8580-1 2019. Computer/PDA�skills, in particular with word and excel.
- Held a Full driving licence for a minimum of 12 months, with no driving bans in the past 5 years and no more than 6 points current or pending.
