Due to ongoing growth within our Maintenance Division, we are looking for a skilled and experienced engineer ready to take their next step. In this role, you will support the Head of Maintenance and ensure that all works are delivered on time and meet agreed SLA's and KPI's.

The Role

As the Maintenance Supervisor/Account Manager, you will bring your extensive knowledge of water treatment and water hygiene disciplines to effectively manage both on-site works and office responsibilities. You'll be pivotal in supporting the Head of Maintenance and the Maintenance Co-Ordinator in delivering service contracts and remedial works, ensuring they meet client requirements and compliance standards.

This role is ideal for someone with a flexible, hands-on approach who thrives in both a team setting and independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Maintenance Co-Ordinator in managing daily workforce tasks, including resource management (labour, plant, materials).
  • Ensure Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules are accurately completed in line with client and compliance requirements.
  • Provide timely, concise reports and feedback on all completed works.
  • Support the development of project proposals, including feasibility, cost estimation, and timelines.
  • Assist the Head of Maintenance in reporting, productivity, and team efficiency.

About You

  • A strong understanding of industry compliance standards, including ACOP L8 and BSRIA.
  • Excellent organisational skills with experience in resource and workforce management.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.
  • Comfortable providing training and mentorship to team members.
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Able to pass an enhanced DBS
