Avenue recruitment are currently looking for a Property Negotiator to join a well-established client based in Kinross. Our client is looking for a professional, enthusiastic candidate to join a friendly, efficient team.
The Role

• Dealing with enquires via email
• Meeting & greeting customers
• Sales progression
• Chasing sales leads
• Conducting competitor analysis
• Providing excellent customer service at all times
• Home demonstrations where applicable
• Keeping customers up to date with the progress of their completion date

Requirements:

• Previous sales negotiator experience
• Experienced at developing strong customer relationships

• Strong administration and coordination skills
• IT literate
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• High level of attention to detail
• Pro-active 'can do' approach
• Good team worker and player
• Excellent time management, organisational and prioritisation skills
• Professional and presentable
• Reliable, flexible and friendly
• Own car with full clean license
