Lettings Agent

Our client is an exciting new Property Service Manager created as part of a larger Property Investment Company to service Kent & Sussex based Landlords in need of technical support in managing their property portfolio.

HPS (our client) requires someone to join the business to take ownership of initially 8 (moving to 16) properties, managing 1-2 landlords portfolios and working with the existing team (internal and external) to ensure compliance with company standards and letting agent regulations.

This role will predominantly be customer facing, helping to manage customer services, maintenance and more.�

Your responsibilities will include:�

• Viewings


• Inspections


• Inventories


• Guarantor checks


• Customer Services / Complaint Handling


• Deposit Disputes


• Maintenance Request Handling

and more, as required.

This will be an office based role predominantly (room to move to a hybrid model in future) and would suit someone that quite likes to get out of the office and be people facing.�

The ideal candidate will have a few years lettings experience and be looking to join a business and grow with a company.�

As our business expands, this role may become a line management position supporting more junior members of the team.
