Lettings Consultant – Duties

\n
• Managing scheduled repairs and reactive maintenance
\n
• Handling incoming lettings enquiries and booking viewings
\n
• Ensuring property compliance such as EICRs, gas safety and EPC certifications
\n
• Overseeing tenant referencing process
\n
• Organising move-in paperwork and supporting wider department to ensure a smooth tenancy changeover
\n
• Providing advice to Landlords on market conditions
\n
• General Lettings duties
\n

Lettings Consultant – Experience Needed:

\n
• Previous Lettings experience is essential
\n
• Strong background in customer service
\n
• Professional written and verbal communication
\n
• Excellent IT knowledge with experience of using Microsoft Office packages
\n
• Good local understanding of Ledbury and the surrounding area
\n
• Full UK driving licence and access to own car
\n
• Desire and drive to forge a long-term career within estate agency
