Dove & Hawk are now partnered with a forward-thinking, boutique agency, who are the fastest growing independent Estate Agent in Ealing.
They are seeking a dynamic Lettings Negotiator to join their team in the vibrant property market. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in facilitating property lettings transactions, ensuring client satisfaction and business growth.
Responsibilities:

\n
• Liaise with applicants to understand their property requirements and preferences
\n
• Conduct property viewings with potential tenants
\n
• Negotiate rental offers on behalf of clients
\n
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market trends
\n
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve lettings targets and business objectives
\n
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the letting process
\n

\n

Skills:

\n

\n
• A minimum of 12 months experience in lettings
\n
• Strong local knowledge of Ealing and surrounding areas
\n
• Driving Licence & Own Car (required)
\n
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
\n
• Strong administrative abilities to manage contracts efficiently
\n
• Exceptional organisational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
\n
• Multilingual capabilities are advantageous for engaging with a diverse clientele
\n

What's On Offer?

• \nBasic Salary: £35,000 / OTE: £45,000
\n
• Additional performance-based bonuses
\n

• Currently 50+ listings, priced between £1,500pcm - £7,000pcm

• Car allowance: £3,000 - £4,000 per annum
