Lettings Manager, Battersea

We are recruiting for a Lettings Manager on behalf of a prestigious and fast-growing estate agency based in Battersea, South-West London. The Role:
As Lettings Manager, you will lead a close-knit team of 5, including 4 negotiators, 2 property managers, and a letting progressor, with the support of an assistant.
Your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing, training, and developing the team to achieve their full potential
• Driving market share growth and supporting business development
• Conducting valuations and securing instructions
• Lead generation and managing high-end property lets
• Handling relationships with international clients and corporate relocations

Who They're Looking For:

• 5+ years of management experience in lettings, ideally within a corporate
• Experience managing a team of 8+ staff
• Proven ability to work with high-end properties, including new builds and international clients
• A track record of driving business development and market expansion
• A grounded, confident, and persuasive leader with a strong work ethic
