Lettings Manager, ClaphamI have a brilliant opportunity for an enthusiastic, experienced lettings professional who is excited at the prospect of working for an innovative market leading Estate Agency.If you would like to lead and guide a department, work collaboratively with your team and continue to grow the brands presence across South West London this could be the ideal the position.What's expected Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the lettings process.Conduct property valuations and compile accurate listings.Negotiate rental terms and agreements between landlords and tenants, striving to achieve optimal outcomes for all parties involved.Assist in leading and motivating the lettings team, providing guidance, training, and support to maximise performance and productivity.Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity. Ensure all documentation, contracts, and regulatory requirements are completed accurately and efficiently. Help develop innovative marketing strategies to enhance the visibility of available properties and win new listings What's neededPrevious experience in a similar role within the real estate industry, preferably within London.Strong understanding of the lettings process, including property management, negotiation, and legal requirements.ARLA qualified preferred but not essential.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.Proven leadership abilities, with experience in motivating and managing a team.Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations governing the lettings market.Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with real estate CRM software - in an ideal world Reapit.The package & benefits 25-30k basic depending on experienceOTE - 70k plus (uncapped)Company car or car allowance1 in 3 Saturdays 10am - 3pmIf you would like to be considered please reach out for a confidential call.Discipline(s): Estate Agency, Property Sales, Lettings & Customer CareDuration: PermanentJob type: Permanent
