My client is seeking an exceptional candidate. 2 years of experience within residential lettings at a Senior Negotiator position or higher.
Role: Lettings Branch Manager Location: Swindon
Enrolment onto fully-funded training course that will earn a Level 3 Award in Property andHousing Management (including ARLA)
The Package: £20,000 to £32,000 basic salary, dependent on experience £50,000 complete on-target earnings in your first year Retainer for the first 3 months of employment, whilst you build your pipeline Uncapped commission scheme Company Car or Car allowance
