Lettings Manager

LETTINGS MANAGER - MARYLEBONE
Dove and Hawk are working in partnership with an independent agency who specialise in the sale and rental of prime central London property. They are searching for a senior lettings negotiator to join their established team. This role will suit a well-spoken central London lettings agent who has 3 + years' experience in London lettings.
Duties/functions of the role:

• Oversee the Lettings Department.
• Build and expand Lettings business.
• Conduct Market Appraisals, negotiate the best fee possible and gain instructions
• Follow up old Market Appraisals and maintain a high conversion rate
• Generate new business, be pro-active and source new leads
• List properties from the existing database/network
• Manage incoming enquiries and build and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants
• Manage the lettings negotiator
• Carry out viewings of properties with prospective tenants
• Give feedback from viewings to the owners of properties
• Negotiate lettings deals and progress the letting of properties once a price is agreed
• Deal with any lettings issues that may arise

Requirements of the role:

• 3+ years' experience working as a Lettings Manager or an Assistant Lettings Manager role
• ARLA qualified preferred but not essential
• A proven track record of valuation experience and winning business
• A proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
• Must be well spoken and well presented
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong IT skills

Salary budgets: £30K basic salary, £70K OTE + guarantee
Required working hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, alternate Saturdays 10am - 1pm (WFH available)
