Lettings Negotiator

Dove & Hawk are working with an Established and respected local estate agent looking for a Lettings Negotiator based in a great location in North London.

• Arranging, attending and conducting property viewings.
• Generating valuation opportunities within the patch.
• Providing detailed viewing feedback.
• Presenting and negotiating qualified offers to ensure the best outcome for all parties involved.
• Produce the relevant paperwork required.

Requirements of the role:

• A full UK Driving Licence (Not essential)
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Immaculate presentation.
• Strong IT Skills
• 6 Months experience +

Salary Budgets: £20-£22k Basic, £30-£35k OTE (Pool Car)
Required Working hours: Monday to Friday 9-6, Saturday 10-3pm with half day off in the week if Saturday worked so 5 day week.
