Lettings Negotiator

LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR - WEST HAMPSTEAD
Dove and Hawk are working in partnership with a successful agency who specialise in the sale and rental of property within the heart of West Hampstead. They are searching for a lettings negotiator to join their established team. This role will suit a well-spoken London lettings agent who has 1+ years' experience in London lettings.
Duties/functions of the role:

• Professionally registering applicants as well as answering online enquiries
• Arranging, attending viewings for prospective tenants
• Providing detailed viewing feedback to landlords in order to successfully garner offers
• Qualifying offers with the purpose of getting the best deal for all parties involved
• Building strong relationships with landlords, prospective tenants, existing tenants and colleagues
• Completing the appropriate paperwork in order to create a smooth lettings process
• Valuation experience would be advantageous
• Managing the lettings process from offer to move in

Requirements of the role:

• 1+ years' experience working in central London
• A proven track record and a background of hitting and exceeding targets
• Must be well spoken and well presented
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong IT skills

Salary budgets: £20,000 - £23,000 basic salary, £40,000 - £45,000 OTE, Car allowance
Required working hours: Monday to Friday 8.45am - 7pm, every other Saturday 10am-4pm (excluding May-Sept) with a day in lieu every other week for every Saturday worked
