Lettings Negotiator

Dove & Hawk are partnered with a global leader in the property industry. They are on the hunt for a Lettings Negotiator for their Stratford office.
The Role:

• Salary: £26-28k + £3k car allowance
• OTE: £50-60k
• Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, 1 Saturday in 3 (day off in lieu)
• Team: 2 Negotiators, 2 Admins, 1 Manager

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience handling high-volume lets (10-15 per month)
• £300k+ annual billings
• Ambitious and self-motivated
• Comfortable working independently in a small team
• Driver preferred but not essential (no pool cars)
