Lettings Negotiator

Dove & Hawk are partnering with a multi-branch agency, who are looking an experienced and ambitious Lettings Negotiator to join their high-performing Lettings team in their Wapping and City offices, where your potential earnings are uncapped.

Here's what you can expect:

• Salary: Basic £21,000 - £25,000 / OTE £45K - £50.5K (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Property Viewings: Organize and conduct viewings for our extensive portfolio of premium properties.
• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing exceptional service.
• Applicant Registration: Register and qualify applicants, matching them with their ideal rental homes.
• Negotiations: Skilfully manage the offer process, from negotiation to key handover.
• Customer Service: Consistently exceed client expectations through unparalleled service.

Who They're Looking For:

• Experience: Proven track record as a Lettings Negotiator in the residential property sector.
• Self-Motivation: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to connect and communicate with clients at all levels.
• Ambition: A history of achieving and exceeding targets, demonstrating your competitive edge.
• Legislative Knowledge: Strong understanding of current residential lettings legislation.
