What to expect
Vet and register new applicants
Organise and conduct viewings
Negotiate offers with tenants and landlords
Provide feedback where necessary
Progress lets with the assistance of the team
Help the wider lettings team if needed
Lettings Negotiator Package
£20k - 25k basic and £40k - £50k+ OTE
Monday to Friday and Saturday rotations
Your own car is necessary
