An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Negotiator to join this market leading,multi branch independent agent within their office in Stafford.

The successful Lettings Negotiator will ideally be experienced within a current lettings role ideally and have a natural flare and a desire to work with a highly experienced, well established team who support and have the team culture at the forefront of all they do.

Lettings Negotiator – Package

• A basic salary of £25,000 plus commission
\n
• Multiple ways of earning strong commissions OTE £30,000
\n
• Parking on site
\n
• Working only 1 in 3 Saturdays
\n
• Funded and supported industry qualifications
\n

Lettings Negotiator – Duties

\n
• Negotiating lets resulting in the best outcome for both tenant and landlord
\n
• Booking and conducting viewings in a professional manner to ensure best results
\n
• Organising pre tenancy paperwork
\n
• Uploading properties onto main portals
\n
• Registering applicants and dealing with walk ins
\n
• Carrying out detailed inventories and mid term inspections
\n
• There is the opportunity to learn to value and list stock for someone with the desire to learn this skill
\n
• Providing an exceptional level of service at all times
\n
• Play your part in achieving the best market share and reputation for offering a quality, reliable and results orientated service
\n

Lettings Negotiator – Experience Needed

\n
• Experience within a similar Lettings Negotiator role is advantageous
\n
• Sales / Customer Service experience.
\n
• Previous experience of using Microsoft office packages
\n
• You must be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle
\n
