About the Role:

Are you passionate about education and supporting young people in their learning journey? We are looking for a dedicated Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic secondary school in Doncaster, starting this September. This is a full-time role, ideal for someone with a passion for education and a desire to make a real difference in the lives of young students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across a range of subjects
• Work with small groups or 1:1 with students to assist with their learning and development
• Help to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Assist with classroom management and behaviour support
• Provide additional support for students with special educational needs (SEN)
• Support students with their social and emotional development

Requirements:

• Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
• Experience working in a secondary school setting is preferred
• A passion for education and supporting young learners
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently
• Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach
