Key Tasks:

• Safeguard pupils and promote their welfare.
• Encourage positive behaviour and focus.
• Build strong relationships to foster personal and academic growth.
• Help deliver lessons and adjust activities as needed to reinforce learning.

Requirements:

• Level 2 qualification in education or special needs.
• Experience as a Level 2 Teaching Assistant working with students with special needs is preferred.
• Basic ICT skills for communication and record-keeping.
• A proactive approach to assisting students.
