Level 3 Qualified Practitioner
Location : Finchley Central N3
Salary: £24,500 to £28,500 per year
Hours: 8 hours shift Monday to Friday
Contract : Permanent full-time, Part-time
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children in our nursery setting.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children and contribute to their development.
Requirements: Qualified Level 3
* Must have a childcare qualification of at least NVQ 3
* Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
* Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* First Aid and CPR certification (preferred)
* Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation governing childcare (e.g., Safeguarding)
* Candidate must live within an easy commutable distance of Finchley Central, N3 (Must be under 45 minutes commute)
Duties:
* Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5
* Plan and implement EYFS-appropriate activities, ensuring they are stimulating and engaging
* Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
* Deliver engaging, fun, creative and immersive sessions to inspire the future generation.
* Promote high standards of quality at all times, always pushing boundaries to be better.
* Ensure all resources are in line with our ethos and approach to Early Years Education.
* Ensure practice and provision in our classes meet the expectations and requirements relevant to the class
* Manage childrens safety, & follow Safeguarding procedures.
* Promote high standards of quality at all times, always pushing boundaries to be better
. * Assist in the development, and training of the wider team on new plans, materials and policies.
You will need to have a clear enhanced DBS Check, either on the Government Update Service or alternatively we can carry out one for you.
