Location: Lincoln, LN2
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Long-term (Until July 2025)
Hours: Monday to Friday (term-time only)

Simply Education are currently seeking an experienced Level 3 Qualified Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and vibrant primary school in Lincoln (LN2). This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a Key Stage 2 class and make a positive impact on the educational journey of primary-aged children.

About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will support the class teacher with day-to-day classroom activities, helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment. Your main duties will include:

• Assisting with general classroom support, including delivering interventions and providing one-on-one support to children where needed.
• Supporting students with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) to ensure they have access to the curriculum and reach their full potential.
• Helping with behaviour management and maintaining a positive classroom atmosphere.
• Assisting with planning, preparing, and delivering small group activities.
• Providing additional support for children with emotional and academic needs.

Key Requirements:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification (or equivalent)
• Experience working in a Key Stage 2 classroom
• Confidence in supporting children with SEND needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, enthusiastic approach to supporting children's learning
• Ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents
