About the Role:
This rewarding position involves working 1:1 with a child in KS2 who has complex requirements. Your role will be pivotal in supporting their learning and emotional development, creating a positive and inclusive environment for them to thrive.

Key Requirements:

• Ideally a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
• Team Teach training is highly desirable.
• A proactive and resilient approach to support and intervention.
• Experience working with children with SEND or complex needs is essential.
