Hold a Level 3 TA qualification (or equivalent)
Recent experience in a primary school setting
Understands how to support learning across different age groups and abilities
Excellent communication skills
Works well independently and as part of a team

Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality support to both teachers and pupils across the curriculum
Plan and lead learning activities under the guidance of the class teacher
Offer tailored support to individuals or small groups, including those with additional needs
Support behaviour, wellbeing and emotional development in a positive, nurturing way
Be a proactive and reliable presence in our classrooms and wider school life
