Leveraged Finance Lawyer NQ-7PQE, US Firm We are instructed by an elite US firm that is looking to bring in additional associates for its highly regarded Global Leveraged Finance & Private Credit group. This team acts for banks, private equity sponsors, corporate borrowers and credit funds. We are seeking applications from lawyers who haveknowledge of leverage finance, private credit and debt instruments throughout the capital structure. Applications are welcome from lawyers ranging from Newly Qualified (including September qualifiers) up to experienced lawyers with up to circa seven years' PQE. These associate roles will be based in London and will be offered on a full-time, permanent basis. The firm offers hybrid working and a highly attractive remuneration package which will include a generous bonus.
