Job Description Leveraged Finance Lawyer 3-6 PQE We are instructed by a global law firm that is seeking to strengthen their Leveraged Finance team with the addition of a mid/senior Leveraged Finance Associate. Applications are sought from England Wales qualified Leveraged Finance Associates with 3-6 years' PQE gained at a leading international law firm. They seek candidates that have experience of doing large cap work with good levels of responsibility and well developed drafting and negotiation skills. A strong academic profile is a pre-requisite.
