Licensed Conveyancing Solicitor

Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a expanding Law firm based in Liverpool. They are seeking a Licensed Conveyancer  to join their team on a full time basis.
If you have experience in Conveyancing and are looking for a new challenge, Then this role could be the perfect opportunity for you.
 
This role pays a competitive salary of £45,000-£60,000 annum depending on experience.
 
Responsibilities as a Licensed Conveyancer :

• Managing a broad range of commercial and residential property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and landlord and tenant disputes.
\n
• Drafting and negotiating leases, tenancy agreements, and other property-related documents.
\n
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and other professionals.
\n

About you as a Licensed Conveyancer :

\n
• A qualified solicitor with 3+ years PQE in commercial and residential property, landlord, and tenant law.
\n
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal issues to clients clearly and concisely.
\n
• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing deadlines.
\n
