Lift Service Manager

An independent and rapidly growing lift engineering company are currently seeking a Service and Repairs Manager to support them through their current exciting growth period. As Service and Repairs Manager you will be responsible for:

• Managing and planning lift engineers workloads
• Monitoring performance, absences and appraisals
• Maintaining and developing customer relations and addressing queries
• Ensuring compliance with H&S protocols
• Carrying out regular site visits

To be successful in this role you will have:

• A background in lift engineering
• NVQ Level 3 as a minimum
• Managerial experience is preferred but not essential
• Strong technical knowledge
