We are seeking a Line Lead to join our Manufacturing & Production department at KP Snacks. As a Line Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the production line, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. Your role will involve coordinating with team members, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining a smooth production flow.


Oversee production line operations.


Ensure quality and safety standards are maintained.


Coordinate with team members for efficient workflow.


Troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.


Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.


What will you be doing?


24 hour accountability for the results of their area (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Performance, Cost, Morale), empowering the Team Captains to support during shifts


Manage the team including work & development plans, skill and performance reviews.


Clearly understand line priorities which will include execution requirements and resources including staffing.


  • Lead and set direction during Daily Direction Setting (DDS) to deliver target results and drive loss elimination actions
  • Provide coaching and guidance to Team Captains, Team Members and Equipment Owners (majority of time will be on the shop floor)

Lead issue resolution “to Root Cause” on the floor & embed countermeasures in standards for key losses

Job Requirements


We’d love to hear from you if you have:


Maximum of 5 bullets to cover minimum criteria, as confirmed in briefing/in-take meeting


Line management experience


Experience in coordinating teams (e.g. Team Captain, Process Leads who have coordinated project teams)


Experience in production environment


Preferably in FMCG


Demonstrates problem solving skills


Familiar with structured problem solving tools, such as fishbone diagram, 5 why, root cause analysis


Specific technical mastery on equipment useful
