Line Leader

Overview:

MET Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Team Leaders for a large distribution company based in Kingswinford. This company is the UK market leading for distribution working with high quality brands.

Duties:

• Overviewing a team on the food production line
• Working at a fast pace
• Assisting on the production, packing light products.
• Delegating tasking and targets to production line workers
• Ensuring Relevant safety paperwork is filled out.

The ideal candidate needs:

• Have people leadership skills.
• Experience from a production / packaging or assembly environment.

• Good Communication skills
• Have Food logistic experience would be needed.
• A team player

Hours:

Monday – Friday

6am - 2pm/ 2pm - 10pm rotating on a weekly basis OR 10pm - 6am, Fixed Shift

Full Time – 37.5 hours

Temp to Perm

Pay:

£12.64 per hour 

£1.50 per hour shift allowance for nights only 

Overtime opportunities in peak seasons.
