Line Leader

We have a fantastic new role for a Line Leader in a food production organisation based in Spalding.
Working for a well established business, you will be an integral senior member of the team.
Agile and flexible you will have a hands on approach, happy to undertake any tasks required to achieve business objectives and customer demands.

What you will be doing:

• Lead a team in fruit and vegetable production ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Monitor costs and productivity to meet production targets.
• Hands-on involvement in the production process.
• Promote teamwork and collaboration among team members.
• Be flexible and agile in managing production schedules and tasks.

Who we are looking for:

• Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate the production team.
• Experience in fresh produce production environment.
• Ability to work as a Line Leader managing and supervising a team.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Physically fit to handle the demands of the production environment.
