The Fresh Produce industry can be tough, with long hours and little opportunity for growth, which is where the business I am working with comes in. As leaders in their product category, they offer great pay as well as plenty of growth opportunities for you to progress through the business.

You'd be joining a forward-thinking team led by strong management who have worked within the business for over 20 years, learning from their experience in order to grow your own skills.

Managing your team

As a line leader, you will be responsible for the performance and safety of your team. You will be operating varying machinery on the line, so having previous experience in a similar environment is going to be beneficial.
* Driving your team's performance to ensure targets are set across all processes.
* Operating Machinery, Pro-Seal and metal detector use is required for this role, so previous experience is required.
* Creating a clean environment, working in the food industry means that hygiene and food safety are a priority; an understanding of these processes is essential.
What makes you a great fit?

* Proven experience within a similar Packhouse or Food manufacturing environment is essential.
* The ability to lead a small team
* Experience working with metal detectors, heat sealing equipment and setting up label applicators.
