Liquid Logic System Trainer

Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Liquid Logic Trainer to join Cambridgeshire County Council on an initial 3-6 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.�

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging training materials, including e-learning and virtual training sessions.


• Provide expert advice on IT system processes and best practices.


• Support a network of super users and promote best practices in IT learning.


• Monitor and evaluate training outcomes to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• A recognised training qualification (e.g. PTLLS, CIPD L&D, NVQ Level 3/4).


• Experience in e-learning development, IT training, or instructional design.


• Experience in developing resources and materials, e.g briefing packs, elearning, this is for the new IT system they will implement. Experience of EYES is an advantage.


• Virtual floor walking.
