Key Responsibilities of a Litigation Assistant (Credit Hire):

• Assisting in the preparation of legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
• Conducting legal research and assisting in the preparation of legal arguments and briefs
• Organising and maintaining case files, correspondence, legal documents, and other information
• Providing administrative support, including scheduling meetings and updating clients on case status

Key Skills of a Litigation Assistant (Credit Hire):

• 0-2 years' with relevant experience in this field
• Litigation experience of claimant motor and motor recovery work is required
• Ideally, you will have previous client contact experience
• Good organisational and time management skills is required
• You should have experience with negotiating and be confident with doing so
