Litigation Associate

A leading US law firm client is seeking to strengthen its Litigation practice by hiring an additional Associate with first-rate commercial disputes experience. The team is renowned for its expertise in handling sophisticated cross-border disputes, including arbitration-related litigation at all levels of the English courts, as well as commercial litigation in various jurisdictions across a wide range of industry sectors, including power generation and distribution, energy, defence, media, retail and manufacturing, financial services, and private equity. To be considered for this role, candidates must have between 4 and 6 years of post-qualification experience in the UK gained at a recognised Litigation practice from a top City firm. An excellent academic background and a stable career record are essential for this role.
