Adaptable Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a growing organisation who are looking for experienced Litigation Handlers to join the organisation on a permanent basis.
The role is based in Liverpool and is fully site based during probation, after which hybrid working will be available. This opportunity is ideal for experienced litigation handlers looking for a new opportunity.
Salary/benefits:
£30,000 to £32,500 per annum
Bonus scheme
09:00 - 17:30 Monday to Friday
31 days holiday (including bank holidays), with the option to buy more

Job Duties:
Handling a triage of incoming cases for litigation, only instructing Lawyers on value added cases.
Proactively manage a portfolio of litigated cases.
Maximise recovery potential and achievement.
Operate with a progressive approach to take individual claims strategies forward.
Act as a key link between Panel Lawyers and the business.
Ensure indemnity spend is minimized by commercial decision making.
Apply strategic knowledge weighed against commercial decision making to either instruct Lawyers, deal in house or attempt settlement.
Conduct thorough indemnity, liability, recoverability and fraud investigations on all matters.

Ideal experience
Experience of liability prospect risk assessment.
Ability to proactively managed a portfolio of litigated cases.
Strong knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules.
