F/T Permanent Litigation Secretary required for one of Northern Ireland's leading law firms based in Lisburn . My client are seeking an experienced Litigation Secretary to join their legal team in providing administrative support for our litigation department. Duties will include: Provide high-level administrative support to Solicitors and legal professionals in the litigation department. Prepare and format legal documents Organise and maintain physical and electronic files. Schedule appointments, meetings, and court dates Copy and audio typing of legal documents. Communicate with clients, court personnel, and other parties involved in cases. Assist in managing calendars and deadlines. General administration duties to include answering phones, managing emails, and handling incoming and outgoing mail. Utilise Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for document creation and communication. Essential Criteria: Minimum of 2 years Litigation Secretary experience. Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities. Proficiency in audio typing and using Microsoft Office applications. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
