My client is looking for a highly skilled Litigation Solicitor with 5+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join their dynamic legal team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned litigator to manage a broad range of cases, offer expert legal counsel, and advocate for clients in court and alternative dispute resolution settings.
Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a wide variety of litigation cases, including commercial, civil, and property disputes.
\n
• Deliver clear, strategic legal advice, evaluating risks and potential outcomes for clients.
\n
• Represent clients in court, tribunals, and mediation.
\n
• Lead negotiations to efficiently resolve disputes without trial when possible.
\n
• Cultivate strong client relationships, providing regular and clear updates.
\n
• Stay informed on relevant legal developments and case law.
\n
• Ensure all legal procedures comply with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
\n

Requirements and Attributes:

• \n5+ years PQE with extensive experience in litigation.
\n
• Proven strength in advocacy, negotiation, and dispute resolution.
\n
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
\n
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently.
\n
• Analytical with a sharp eye for detail.
\n
• Knowledge of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) methods.
\n
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
\n
• Commitment to business development and contributing to the firm’s growth.
\n
• Experience mentoring and supporting junior solicitors and trainees.
