Litigation Solicitor

My client is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Solicitor with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of litigation matters, providing legal advice and representation to clients, and managing cases from inception to resolution.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting legal research and analysis on various litigation matters.
• Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court filings.
• Representing clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Providing strategic advice to clients on litigation strategies and potential outcomes.
• Managing a caseload of litigation matters and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Collaborating with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to achieve successful outcomes for clients.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Qualified solicitor with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in litigation.
• Strong knowledge of civil procedure rules and litigation practices.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of successful litigation outcomes.
• Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
