Our client, who are a well established law firm in the Bedfordshire area, are seeking an experienced Litigation and Commercial/Business Services Consultant Solicitor. You will play a crucial role in providing expert legal advice and support to their clients facing a wide variety of Litigation issues. You will also be providing expert legal advice and support to our business clients. This role presents an exciting opportunity for you to contribute to the continued success of our clients firm.
Responsibilities :
Legal Advice: Offer comprehensive legal advice and guidance to clients on various Litigation, Employment and Business/Commercial law matters, ensuring their rights and interests are protected.
A proven track record of business development with the ability to attract your own following, as well as the ability and drive to develop the Litigation Department.
Requirements:
You must be a qualified solicitor with experience in Litigation, Employment and Commercial/Business Services
Sound Legal Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of (1) Litigation matters: Property disputes, Landlord & Tenant disputes, Contract disputes, Consumer disputes and Debt Recovery; (2) Employment issues: Unfair Dismissal, Settlement Agreements, Employment Tribunal claims and Redundancy; (3) Commercial/Business Services: Company formation, Sales, Acquisitions and Mergers, Business Organisation and Structure, Joint Ventures and Strategic Partnerships, Commercial Contracts, Employee Share Incentive Schemes, Investment, Intellectual Property, E-Commerce, GDPR, Data Protection and Privacy.

Working Hours:
Full-time - for the right candidate hybird hours will be considered
