Litigation Solicitor

The dispute resolution department is based within the firms Kingsbridge office and the successful candidate would be expected to work predominantly from this office with some flexibility to work remotely or from our other offices.
Applications are encouraged from Solicitors/Legal Executives of around 1to 5 years PQE.
The ideal candidate will:
Have knowledge and experience of litigation within the County Courts and / or the High Court;
Have experience of some or all of the following areas:
commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes
disputes concerning easements/restrictive covenants including injunctive proceedings
boundary disputes
property damage claims
the Party Wall Act
contested leasehold renewals and enfranchisements
Contentious trusts and probate disputes
Construction disputes
