As a Loan Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
  • Reviewing applications to ensure all relevant paperwork is submitted.
  • Organising client information for efficient loan processing.
  • Checking loan-to-value and debt-to-income ratios.
  • Completing detailed affordability assessments.
  • Requesting credit checks and issuing necessary paperwork.
