Loan Servicing Specialist Role:
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Loan Servicing Specialist to join the completions team of this specialist lender. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an administrative background in financial services who is looking to advance their career in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Loan Servicing Specialist Key Responsibilities:
Manage the completion process for mortgage applications, ensuring all cases are processed efficiently and accurately.
Liaise with clients, solicitors, and internal teams to ensure all documentation is in place and that cases progress smoothly to completion.
Maintain accurate records and manage a portfolio of cases, prioritising workload effectively.
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring clients are kept informed throughout the process.
Work closely with underwriters and other stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise.
Loan Servicing Specialist Desired Skills and Experience:
Strong administrative background, within financial services.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritise tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Previous experience in a completions role is not essential, but knowledge of the financial services sector will be advantageous.
