Description: Part-time/Full Time Locum Dentist required for 2-5 days per week, in a very busy, mixed, INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice near Egremont, Cumbria.

£550 per day for 2000-5000 UDAs

50% split on Private & Labs

Hours: 8.30 am - 5.30 pm

Well maintained patient list

3 Fully computerised surgeries, air conditioned - Dentally software

Digital X-rays, Rotary Endo

Decon Room

Therapist & Treatment Co-ordinator

Free Parking on Site

Available Immediately, start date negotiable

Full NHS Performer Number if applicable

Local Area Team confirmation

GDC certificate

UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within the last 5 years

Indemnity certificate

Passport

Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)

Clinical references covering places of employment over the past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)

Degree certificate

CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
